Privacy notice
This notice explains what Prospects Systems does with the details you share through this site. We have kept it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your first and last name, your work email address and your company. If you choose to share them, we also collect your company website, your job title and the message you write. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you put in your note.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean writing back with a question or sending you your buyer map. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not use your details for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until your request is closed, and then for up to 12 months in case you pick the conversation back up. After that, we delete them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. We do not hand them to anyone else for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track your visit.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to karen.campbell@prospectssystems.co or send a note through our contact form, and we will take care of it. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your details, the updated notice will appear on this page.
